Thank you for supporting the Charotar Crocodile Count. Because this is a citizen-science conservation initiative with limited capacity, logistic resources are committed immediately upon registration. Please review our policy below:
1. Participant Withdrawals & Cancellations
All registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend or choose to withdraw your registration, we cannot issue a refund.
(Note: If you notify us at least 7 days prior to the event, we may, at our discretion, allow you to transfer your confirmed spot to another designated participant.)
2. Event Cancellation by Organizers
In the rare event that the Charotar Crocodile Count is completely cancelled by the Voluntary Nature Conservancy—and cannot be rescheduled—registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fee.
3. Postponement or Rescheduling
If the event is rescheduled or postponed due to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, administrative orders, or force majeure:
- Your registration will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled dates.
- Refunds will not be issued for postponed events.
4. Processing Fees
Please note that third-party payment gateway transaction fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, as they are charged directly by the financial processing platform.
5. Refund Claims & Processing
- In the event of an official cancellation, refund requests must be submitted to info@vncindia.org within 14 calendar days of the formal announcement.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment within 10 to 14 business days.
