By filling out the registration form for participating in Charotar Crocodile Count, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Registration:
Only completed registration forms will be accepted. An email will be sent after the receipt of your registration. A list of selected Participants will be declared on 27th October 2021. Selected Participants will be asked to pay the registration fee. Confirmation of payment will be sent upon receipt of payment in full.

Change in the program:
The organizing team reserves the right to cancel, postpone or modify the program. The organizing team cannot be held responsible for any loss or costs incurred.

Cancellation policy:
Be very careful, while registering. Once selected and registered (after payment of the fee), there will be no cancellation. Also, the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Failure to attend:
No refunds will be provided on failure to attend.

Insurance:
It is the responsibility of the participants to provide themselves with the appropriate insurance for traveling and any other insurance required.

Termination:
The organizing team may terminate the selection at any time by giving notice to the participants.

Photographs and Video Footage:
By attending this event, you authorize the organizing team to use photographic images and video footage for use in publication, social media, press releases, etc.

For individuals that need Visa:
It is at the discretion of the participant to make sure their visa is valid and up to date when entering India.
