Once the registration fees are paid, they are non-refundable. This policy applies to both domestic participants (₹2,700) and international participants ($75). We understand that situations may change, but we are unable to process refunds for any cancellations or withdrawals by participants.
2. Refunds Due to Event Cancellation
In the rare event that Charotar Crocodile Count 2025 is canceled by the organizer, a refund will be issued for the registration fees paid. The cancellation of the event is defined as the complete and official cessation of the event, including the inability to reschedule. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, the registration fees will be transferred to the new date, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
3. Processing Fees
Please note that the processing fees charged by our payment platform are non-refundable. These fees are incurred by the payment processor and are not controlled by our organization. Therefore, if a refund is issued due to event cancellation, the processing fees may not be refunded.
4. Refund Request Procedure
If the event is canceled and you are eligible for a refund, you must submit a refund request to our support team within 14 days of the cancellation announcement. The request should include your registration details and proof of payment. Refund requests received after this period may not be processed.
5. Processing Time
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the date the refund request is approved. Please allow additional time for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
